Creamy Mushroom Curry Recipe

This is one of my custom recipe called as “Creamy Mushroom Curry”. This is a simple dish and tastes too good. This is a no chilli recipe and h Ce kids would love it. Try it out and share your experience 🙂

Creamy Mushroom Curry Recipe

Main Ingredients:

  1. Chopped mushrooms – 500 gm
  2. Fresh Garlic cloves – 15
  3. Oregano flakes – 1 tsp
  4. (Saunf) Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
  5. Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
  6. Tumeric Powder – 1 tsp
  7. Salt – as required
  8. Finely chopped Tomato – 1 large
  9. Finely chopped Onion – 2 large
  10. Sour Cream – 50 ml
  11. Fresh Coriander leaves for garnish

Preparation Steps:

  1. Take a pan, pour oil and saute the fennel seeds, oregano flakes and garlic cloves
  2. Then saute the Onions until the raw smell fades off
  3. Now add the finely chopped tomato and saute
  4. Add the mushrooms and sauté
  5. Also add turmeric powder, salt, pepper powder and sauté for around 5 minutes with closed lid. Add
  6. Open the lid, add cream and cook for 5 to 10 min max.
  7. Remove from pan and serve hot
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
