Grilled Lamb Mint Patties Recipe


  1. Minced Lamb – 1 kilos
  2. Double Cream – 200 gms
  3. Egg – 1
  4. Ginger paste – 1 tsp
  5. Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  6. Chicken Stock – 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala – 1 tsp
  8. Finely chopped onions – 2 medium sized
  9. Finely chopped coriander leaves – a bunch
  10. Finely chopped mint leaves – a bunch
  11. Lime / lemon juice – 5 tbsp
  12. Tumeric powder – 2 tsp
  13. Salt – as required

Preparation Steps:

  1. Marinate minced lamb with lime juice and turmeric powder
  2. Take a pan, pour oil and fry the chopped onions until golden brown
  3. Add the fried onions to the minced chicken and mix
  4. Now add the cream, egg and mix
  5. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix
  6. Add chicken stock powder, garam masala and mix
  7. Add ginger, garlic and mix
  8. Preheat grill (in high heat mode)
  9. Shape minced lamb into small patties
  10. Place them in the grill
  11. Cook one side for 7-8 minutes in high
  12. Later turn the patties to the other side and cook for 5 minutes
  13. Remove from grill and serve hot
