My 92 phones usage review

Phones are to get connected and to stay in touch. My love for mobile phones lasts till I get another phone to try. Sometimes it lasts till I use it few times and few more times. Some phones I love them forever no matter how many times I use it, I still keep refreshing my moments with those phones. Phones here are the mobile phones I talk about. This blog is try rewinding all my memories on all the phones that I have used till date. My first phone was a Samsung SGH-2200 and my current phone is an iPhone 6. In total I have used 92 phones from the year 1999 till date.

Grilled Lamb Mint Patties Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Minced Lamb – 1 kilos
  2. Double Cream – 200 gms
  3. Egg – 1
  4. Ginger paste – 1 tsp
  5. Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  6. Chicken Stock – 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala – 1 tsp
  8. Finely chopped onions – 2 medium sized
  9. Finely chopped coriander leaves – a bunch
  10. Finely chopped mint leaves – a bunch
  11. Lime / lemon juice – 5 tbsp
  12. Tumeric powder – 2 tsp
  13. Salt – as required

Preparation Steps:

  1. Marinate minced lamb with lime juice and turmeric powder
  2. Take a pan, pour oil and fry the chopped onions until golden brown
  3. Add the fried onions to the minced chicken and mix
  4. Now add the cream, egg and mix
  5. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix
  6. Add chicken stock powder, garam masala and mix
  7. Add ginger, garlic and mix
  8. Preheat grill (in high heat mode)
  9. Shape minced lamb into small patties
  10. Place them in the grill
  11. Cook one side for 7-8 minutes in high
  12. Later turn the patties to the other side and cook for 5 minutes
  13. Remove from grill and serve hot

Grilled Chicken Patties Recipe

 

Ingredients:

 

  1. Minced Chicken – 2 kilos
  2. Double Cream – 500 gms
  3. Ginger paste – 2 tsp
  4. Garlic paste – 2 tsp
  5. Chicken Stock – 2 tsp
  6. Garam masala – 2 tsp
  7. Chicken curry powder – 1 tsp
  8. Finely chopped onions – 3 medium sized
  9. Finely chopped coriander leaves – a bunch
  10. Lime / lemon juice – 5 tbsp
  11. Salt – as required

 

Preparation Steps:

 

  1. Marinate minced chicken with lime juice
  2. Take a pan, pour oil and fry the chopped onions until golden brown
  3. Add the fried onions to the minced chicken and mix
  4. Now add the cream and chopped coriander and mix
  5. Add chicken stock powder, garam masala and mix
  6. Add ginger, garlic, chicken masala powder and mix
  7. Preheat grill
  8. Shape minced chicken into small patties
  9. Place them in the grill
  10. Cook one side for 15 minutes in high
  11. Later turn the patties to the other side and cook for 10 minutes
  12. Remove from grill and serve hot
